Types Of Cable Management Products We Offer

We offer a family of stud weldable cable management mounts that help you organize any assortment of wires, cables, tubes and/or hoses designed for the products you manufacture. Any of our weldable mounts are significantly stronger than cable mounts that are adhered by another method. Below are the different types of cable management products that we offer:

QuikLinx® Cable Management

QuikLinx is a weldable cable management solution designed to make cable management simple and easy for heavier-duty applications. Managing stray cables is a problem that is hard to ignore as they begin to pile up around your workstation and take away from your time and focus. This is why we created a management solution that is easy, affordable, and most importantly, effective. These innovative cable tie mounts are built for rugged applications that can fit any need, any design, and any budget. As the name suggests, our MIG Linx cable mounts are designed to be MIG or plug welded. They are a great fit when stud welding equipment isn’t available, or when mounts need to be place in tight spaces. Our Fluxed Linx mounts are designed to be stud welded with standard stud welding equipment, or with our patented QuikLinx Autofeed System. Either stud welding option welds a Linx mount in as fast as 0.2 seconds, with the magazine-fed Autofeed Tool applying up to 16 Linx a minute.

QuikLinx cable tie mounts help:

  • Increase productivity
  • Lower labor costs
  • Complete low, mid, and high volume applications

QuikLinx is the simple, environmentally friendly cable management solution that we have developed to help you get rid of cable issues and run your operations more effectively.

CD Wire Tie Studs

Capacitor Discharge (CD) wire tie studs are the superior option for securing cable tie bases as compared to common adhesives or screws. Their use ranges across a variety of workplace environments, from wiring harnesses in electrical cabinets to hoses in beverage dispensers to cables for heavy machinery . They offer dependable security so you can focus on work without worrying about causing damage or accidents.

HD Wire Tie Studs

Heavy Duty (HD) wire tie-down studs are specifically designed to hammer through e-coat paint so they can be welded to the bare steel or stainless steel substrate directly beneath. This is accomplished by using a weld stud/post that is sharpened to a point on the weld end in conjunction with our SmartWeld Drawn Arc welders that offer a Hammer Mode. Similar to the CD Wire Tie Stud, the HD Wire Tie Stud is comprised of a sturdy metal stud attached to a strong, heat-resistant nylon-6 cable tie mount.

CD Ground Studs

CD ground studs can be used wherever a ground touchpoint is required. Our CD ground studs are designed to make it easy to establish a ground connection where you need it without soldering, drilling or tapping.
